That’s why in February of this year, SRHD began a group that would shift the focus from what we can’t do to what we can do in a safe way.

While a doctor treats people who are sick, those working in public health try to prevent people from getting sick or injured in the first place by promoting wellness and encouraging healthy behaviors.
