You can order certificates via phone 24 hours a day 7 days a week at 866.687.1464. Or via web at vitalchek.org.
We will continue to take general phone calls and/or phone payments from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at 509.324.1601.

Starting Monday, May 23, we will resume our regular in-person business hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
