Spokane Regional Health District maintains eight locations throughout Spokane County with a main campus at 1101 W. College Avenue.
Core business hours are:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

Environmental Public Health
Environmental Public Health programs, including those providing services for food establishments, pollution prevention, solid waste, wells and septic systems, and water recreation facilities, are open to the public during the following hours:
- Monday-Wednesday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Friday 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Appointments are recommended but not required. Please check in at the reception desk on the first floor.
HIV Case Management

HIV/STI Prevention
HIV/STI Testing Services offered by appointment. Same day appointments available most days. Please call 509.324.1494.

Public Records Requests
Office hours for in-person review of
SRHD records will be by appointment only between the hours of 8 a.m. – 1
p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. on Monday – Thursday. Appointments may be
requested through communication through customer portal, by emailing records_web@srhd.org, or by calling 509.324.1439. Please provide your public records request reference number (if available) when requesting your appointment.
Vital Records
Financial Services and Vital Records (birth
and death certificates and immunization records) are open from Monday –
Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., and Friday 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. No
walk-in assistance available after 4:15 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 12:15
p.m. Friday. To make a payment, call 509.324.1601. To order birth and
death certificates, access services online at srhd.org or call 866.687.1464.
Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program
