Review Inspection Schedule and Instructions


Review the inspection schedule for the current school year and follow Self-inspection Program Instructions and FAQs for the type of inspection your school will receive.

Inspection Deadlines
  • Routine inspections – health district will contact schools by March 1 to arrange inspections.
  • Re-inspections – schools must submit completed inspections to health district no later than February 28.
  • Self-inspections – schools must submit completed worksheets to health district no later than March 31.
