Submit plans to the following agencies:
A health district inspector will review plan review submittal packet and assess the permit fee. If approved, a letter will be mailed to the contact person listed on the plan review application indicating approval or incomplete.
If not approved, the applicant will go back to the plan review submittal packet and make any corrections needed and resubmit for approval.
Once approved, a letter will be sent to the building department for their permit sign off.
