Some food items may be exempt from regulations and other foods may be exempt from Temporary Food Establishment permit but require application and review by Spokane Regional Health District.
Contact Spokane Regional Health District Food Safety Program: Contact Us at least 2 weeks in advance of the event for review of food items, food service steps, and booth set-up in order to verify the exemption category.
