Environmental Public Health

HIV Case Management

HIV/STI Prevention
HIV/STI Testing Services offered by appointment. Same day appointments available most days. Please call 509.324.1494. Office hours 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Thursday; Friday 8 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Office hours for in-person review of SRHD records will be by appointment only between the hours of 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. on Monday – Thursday. Appointments may be requested through communication through customer portal, by emailing records_web@srhd.org, or by calling 509.324.1439. Please provide your public records request reference number (if available) when requesting your appointment.
Vital Records and Financial Services
Financial Services and Vital Records (birth and death certificates and immunization records) are open from Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., and Friday 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. No walk-in assistance available after 4:15 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 12:15 p.m. Friday. WIC
SRHD WIC clinics are providing services by telephone and in person. WIC representatives will call participants with scheduled appointments. Persons interested in applying for WIC should call the individual clinics for information.
