Office hours for in-person review of SRHD records will be by appointment only between the hours of 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. on Monday – Thursday. Appointments may be requested through communication through customer portal, by emailing records_web@srhd.org, or by calling 509.324.1439. Please provide your public records request reference number (if available) when requesting your appointment.
Financial Services and Vital Records (birth and death certificates and immunization records) are open from Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., and Friday 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. No walk-in assistance available after 4:15 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 12:15 p.m. Friday. SRHD WIC clinics are providing services by telephone and in person. WIC representatives will call participants with scheduled appointments. Persons interested in applying for WIC should call the individual clinics for information.
