Spokane Regional Health District (SRHD) is seeking responses to a Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified consultants to assist in evaluating SRHD’s overall compensation, benefits, and pay structure by completing a market analysis. The goal is to evaluate SRHD employee compensation, benefits and pay structure using comparisons to the Spokane County job market, as well as governmental and other Washington State Local Health Jurisdictions. The project will also include a job audit and analysis for each SRHD position to determine appropriate classifications and accuracy of position description. Spokane Regional Health District (SRHD) is seeking responses to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The RFP requires specific information from the proposers indicating how they are qualified for the project and what solutions will be offered to meet the needs of SRHD Treatment Services. The EHR system needs to assist SRHD Treatment Services in streamlining workflow, optimizing revenues and increasing regulatory compliance. The EHR system will also need to integrate scheduling, clinical treatment documentation, drug screening, dispensing, billing and reporting to maintain program requirements for state, federal and local compliance.
