SRHD Announces Cancellations Due to Wildfire Smoke

Hazardous air quality expected to continue

SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane Regional Health District (SRHD) announced the cancellation of community services due to the hazardous air quality the Spokane region is experiencing due to wildfire smoke.

The following community services have been cancelled:

  • SRHD Needle Exchange – normally open 3-5 p.m. - closed today
  • SRHD/WSU College of Medicine - Range Health Mobile COVID-19 Testing Unit – operating on Tuesdays at 13120 W 13th Ave in Airway Heights - cancelled for tomorrow
  • Mead Curbside Vaccination Clinic – scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 15, 3:30-6 p.m. – Cancelled
