In Washington state, health care providers and facilities, clinical laboratories, veterinarians, and certain other health care professionals are responsible for reporting suspected or confirmed cases of notifiable conditions.

What to Report

Notifiable conditions diagnosed in patients who live in Spokane County must be reported to Spokane Regional Health District (SRHD) per Washington state law: Chapter 246-101 WAC.
