Chris Patterson is a passionate professional who spent his career over 25 years building companies in the field of Health & Human Services Arena. He served as the HUD Regional Administrator for Region IX and as the National Lead for the (FYI) Foster Youth to Independence Initiative. He has been a Life-Long Resident of Spokane, Washington, and the Founder and CEO of BreakThrough Inc., a specialized residential youth treatment service agency. He recently created a company called, SteadFast Supported Living Inc. which supports developmentally delayed adults who need unique services to support clients through and to self-sufficiency & independence for a better quality of life.

Chris and his wife, Dalene, own a franchise in Lynwood, WA called, Phenix Salon Suites, which supports a “boutique” style concept to promote entrepreneurship. He was recently recruited by WATRUST Bank to work in the role of Community Solutions Advisor to bring a public/private partnership approach on mental health, homelessness, addiction treatment and other issues affecting the community & region by creating Hello for Good.
