We’re Conducting our Quality of Life Survey Again!
Did you receive a postcard in the mail asking you to fill out a Quality of Life (QoL) survey from Spokane Regional Health District (SRHD)? Or maybe you're just curious about what these postcards are? Well, simply put, SRHD wants to make sure our community’s health and well-being is always improving and that people in Spokane County have a good quality of life. But we can’t do it alone. We want to hear your input on top priority issues, whether you’re a new resident or grew up right here in the Lilac city.
One way we do that is by randomly selecting households to fill out a QoL survey every other year. This survey asks questions about everything from your ability to access health care for yourself and your family, the level of safety you experience in your neighborhood, to the job and housing opportunities you have.
Taking this survey gives SRHD and community partners important information on where changes or improvements can be made, as improving the quality of life for residents like yourself is an important part of public health. If you find a postcard in your mailbox regarding the QoL survey, consider taking a moment to fill it out and provide us with your feedback. Your input will help us make important decisions about the health and well-being of our community.
The Survey Can be Taken in Four Simple Steps!
1. Look for the postcard in your mailbox. Keep in mind that only a select number of households will receive a QoL survey at this time.
2. Scan the QR code on the back of the postcard or enter the URL provided into your internet browser's address bar.
3. Enter the 5-digit code on the back of the postcard to log into the survey. This code is unique to your household and can only be used once (either by yourself or another adult member of your household).
4. Take the survey by answering a series of questions about your household’s quality of life. That’s it!
Plus, successfully completing the survey online enters you into a drawing to win a $100 Amazon gift card. Thank you for your participation and we look forward to hearing from you!
