Mayor, City of Millwood
Term 2014-2023

Kevin Freeman was first elected Mayor of Millwood in November 2013 and took office as Millwood’s ninth mayor in January 2014. He was elected to a second term in November of 2017. He previously served on both the Millwood City Council and the Millwood Planning Commission. In addition to his duties as Mayor, he sits on the Board of Directors for the Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency.

A resident of Millwood since 1998, he was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and is a graduate of the University of Idaho. A hydrogeologist by trade, he is the owner of a consulting firm with clients across the Pacific Northwest. He is married and the proud father of two young adults.
