- Fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables Participants get these monthly fruit and veggie benefits:
- $25 per child (age 1–5 years)
- $44 per pregnant or non-breastfeeding participant
- $49 per breastfeeding participant
- $73.50 per participant fully breastfeeding twins or triplets
- Infants 9–11 months can receive up to $4 in benefits for fresh fruits and vegetables each month in exchange for jarred baby food fruits and vegetables.
- Infant cereal

- Canned fish (for pregnant and breastfeeding women)
- Iron-fortified baby formula (for babies who are not breastfed)
