Compensation and Time Off

Longevity Pay: 2.5% increase at specific employment milestones:

  • 10, 15, and 20 years for represented employees
  • 15 and 20 years for non-represented employees

Paid Holidays: 13 paid holidays plus 1 personal day

Paid Vacation: Accrues at 7.5 hours per month (accruals increase with continual employment)

Paid Sick Leave: Accrues at 7.5 hours per month

Full-Time Workweek: 37.5 hours (excluding Nurse Family Partnership nursing employees who work 40-hours per week)
