The information provided on this page outlines the most common exemptions that may apply to records requested from Spokane Regional Health District (SRHD). When exemptions apply to certain records, according to Washington state law, SRHD will not disclose that information. In such cases, the SRHD records officer will apply redactions as necessary. Whenever redactions are used in a provided record, a redaction log will be attached including which exemptions were used and their descriptions.
