    Public Records Requests

    Office hours for in-person review of SRHD records will be by appointment only between the hours of 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. on Monday – Thursday. Appointments may be requested through communication through customer portal, by emailing records_web@srhd.org, or by calling 509.324.1439. Please provide your public records request reference number (if available) when requesting your appointment.

    Vital Records

    Financial Services and Vital Records (birth and death certificates and immunization records) are open from Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., and Friday 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. No walk-in assistance available after 4:15 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 12:15 p.m. Friday.
