Washington is using a phased approach to reopen businesses in Washington’s Safe Start Recovery Plan. As of May 22, Spokane County is approved to be in Phase 2. In each phase, new industries are allowed to open under strict guidance from the state, to protect employees and the public from the spread of COVID-19. The following table summarizes each phase and what is allowed to reopen.
