Community vaccination clinic at Ferris High School
Appointments are required. We will not be able to accept walk-ins.
This COVID-19 and flu vaccination clinic is open to the community for ages 5-18 years of age. The following vaccines will be available:
- Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine – requires two (2) doses, for individuals age 5 and older
- Flu vaccine – requires one (1) dose, for individuals age 5 and older
This is a Second-Dose Clinic
Individuals may schedule an appointment to receive a first dose of the Pfizer vaccine, which requires two doses, at this clinic. However, it is the responsibility of clinic participants (or their guardians) to find another provider or clinic to receive their second dose. Additional clinics are not planned for this location.
Information for parents/guardians:
Individuals ages 5-17 years will need the consent of their parent/guardian before receiving the Pfizer vaccine. Parents and guardians can provide their consent during the registration process (see link to register below). Legal guardians do not need to be present in order for their child to receive the vaccine as long as there is documented consent.
